The TNP are carrying out a business survey as part of the Neighbourhood Plan.
Here are three options to get hold of a survey
First option: Electronic PDF Form is an electronic version of the survey
1.
Open the link and make sure you “save a copy” or “download” and rename it in your
business name on your computer before entering any data.
2.
Open your version in Adobe Reader, enter your response and save your version.
3.
Attach to an email to be sent to biz@ticehurstnp.org.
Second option: Send an email to us and we will send the forms to you.
1.
Use this link to request the forms by email biz@ticehurstnp.org
Third option: Printable PDF Form is a print only version of the survey.
1.
Use the link above and print the survey off.
2.
Complete the survey by hand.
3.
Request a pick up or scan email to:

or by letter to:

The Village Hall,
